Conferences

You can join a conference without even leaving your desk, this feature allows you to set up a teleconference between internal and/or external parties, this feature allows anywhere up to 16 participants per group with a total of 32 participants simultaneously. This conferencing feature is available for internal and external parties to access a virtual conference room with passwords.


 Door-phone connectivity

The SL1100 system provides proprietary door-phone terminal connection at any door on the building. Hotline

Toll restriction

The toll restriction feature prohibits specified extensions from accessing unauthorized numbers which have been pre-programmed into the restriction table. This feature will allow up to a total of 15 restriction classes can be assigned to each extension.


Web-based system management

The SL1100 couldn’t be any easier to administrate with its intuitive graphical user interface (GUI), This feature allows your own computer/workstation to be connected to the SL1100 to let you edit/change and manage various terminal settings.



Extension lock (Dial block)

The sl1100 allows a dial lock (dial block) feature preventing unauthorized personnel from making calls from that particular extension whilst you or your employees are away from the desk. A security code can then control and manage this feature allowing you to turn it on or off.


Built in voice Messaging

The InMail is more than just a regular voicemail box, it’s packed with powerful features allowing call records and message notifications keep up to date easier than ever. This feature gives you the ability to record up to three personalized greetings which can be activated onto the extension straight away.


Caller ID

You can now see who’s calling you without having to pick up the phone, the caller information can be displayed on the SL1100 terminals. In addition, any incoming ring tone can be set against specified caller-ID numbers allowing identification via ring tones.


Day / Night mode

Employers can now control day/night mode for any incoming calls for after working hours, at the same time controlling outgoing calls after working hours. The SL1100 provides up to 8 system modes which can be switched either automatically or manually, each of the modes can be configured to redirect all calls towards specified extensions or groups that match your requirements effectively.
